Cleanliness and size of the room. The staff was very polite and helpful, telling us the best way to get to certain places of interest. The location can not be better, in the heart of the city, half a block from a major train/metro/bus station, we walked out of the hotel every morning, grabbed a Starbucks ( nothing else was open at 7:00 am)and waited 5 min. for our bus, that we were able to take anywhere we wanted to go. We would recommend this hotel to anyone, and would stay again if we go back. On a scale of 1 to 10...we give it a 15!!!!!
